pWilliam H. Baker, formerly of Black River, passed away in Florida on May 27, 2016. He is survived by his wife Pualine and his children and grandchildren, Debra and John Kellogg, Lori and Gary Estes, Kely and Fred Brotherton, Billie Jo and Jerry Delosh and his son Todd and Debra Baleras well as his two sisters Phyllis Corcorah and Judi Paris. Memorial Service will be held on June 12th at 12:00 P.M. at St. James Cemetary, Carthage NY followed by a gathering at the Black River American Legion at 1:00 P.M. /p
