pMrs. Elaine J. Fetcie, age 76 of Potsdam, NY passed away on June 9, 2016 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT. Arrangements under the direction of Garner Funeral Service, Potsdam, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 14th at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church with Rev. Howard Venette celebrant. Burial will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Garner Funeral Service on Monday, June 13th from 4-7 pm.
