pMASSENA – Mrs. Elizabeth L.”Betty” Blanchard, 82, a longtime resident of the St. Regis Nursing Home, passed away early Wednesday morning at the nursing home. /ppBetty is survived by her daughter, Major Debra Blanchard, USA (Retired) of Wasilla, Alaska; her brother, Paul Shampine of Massena; and many nieces and nephews./ppBetty was predeceased by her husband, Warren on November 22, 1992; her parents, Gerald and Catherine (Sutton) Shampine; and her sister, Geraldine Alden on May 15, 2015./ppAt Betty’s request, there will be no services.
