pHOPKINTON – Mr. Allen R. “Chicken Man” Curry, 51, 200 Beebe Road, peacefully passed away Friday afternoon, September 30, 2016 at his home with his loving family by his side./ppAllen was born September 17, 1965 in Potsdam, the son of the late Carole Myers Curry and Robert A. Curry. He first attended Hannawa Falls Grade School before going to Potsdam Central School. On September 17, 1994, he married Lisa M. Tebo in Hopkinton. /ppAllen was a truck driver, working most recently for J.C. Livestock in Marcy, New York. He loved being outdoors, especially while he was hunting, 4-wheeling, and Jeep mudding. He also cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. /ppAllen is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; his children, Ryan and Kimi Tebo of West Stockholm; Courtney Curry and John Hubbard of St. Regis Falls; and Sierra Curry and Paul McAloon of Potsdam; his cherished grandchildren, Zachary Tebo, Jaxson Hubbard, Kai and Quinn McAloon; his father and step-mother, Robert and Edith Curry of Colton; his sister, Suzanne and Ken Williams of Winthrop; his step-brother, Terry and Rhonda Robert of Morley; and a step sister-in-law, Jo Robert of Potsdam; and many nieces and nephews./ppAllen was predeceased by his mother and step father, Carole and Berton “Peanut” Robert; a step brother, Thomas Robert; and his grandparents, Marjorie and Eldon Myers and Bernice and Jay Curry./ppFriends may call Sunday 12-3:00 PM at the Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home, Potsdam, where a celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 PM with Rev. John Kashorek officiating.
