pWatertown- Elizabeth M. Phillips, 95, of Washington St., Watertown, passed away Wednesday, November 16th at her home./ppMemorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery, Belleville./ppArrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown./ppElizabeth was born August 30, 1921 in the Town of Worth, a daughter to Floyd and Edna Prouty./ppShe had worked at Rice’s Manufacturing in Adams, private home housekeeping, and retired from Northland Electric in Watertown after many years of employment./ppShe is survived by a son Howard Phillips, Adams Center; a daughter Brenda Phillips, Watertown; many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. /ppShe was predeceased by her husband Howard Phillips in 1979.
