pLOWVILLE - Pearl L. Whitehill, 89, of Lowville, died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Utica. Among her survivors are three daughters and their husbands, Susan and Keith Ricker; Nancy and Freddy Perez; Connie and Ron Pridell; and a step-daughter, Evelyn and Jim Burtnett. /p
