pOrris J. “Jerry” Hartman, 93, of Liverpool, died on Tuesday at Upstate University Hospital. Jerry was a U. S. Navy veteran of WWII, serving on the USS North Carolina as a Shipfitter First Class. He was a retired iron worker from Iron Workers Local 60 in Syracuse. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Crossroads Lodge #520 F & AM. Jerry was a 2015 participant of the Honor Flight Program, and was a volunteer for several years for Meals on Wheels. His hobbies included woodworking, reading, and spending time at his camp on Lake Ontario. Jerry was predeceased by his wife, Jean Hartman, and a grandson, Brent Hartman./ppHe is survived by his three children, JoJean (William) Markes of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA; Donald R.
