Mr. Harold E. Potter, age 85, of Potsdam, NY passed away on Tuesday, December 20th at the St. Regis Nursing Home where he had been a patient since April 2, 2015. Funeral service for Harold will be held on Friday, December 23rd at 11 am with Rev. Scott Daby celebrant. Burial will take place in the spring at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Parishville, NY.
