Gladys A. Chapman, 96, formerly of Centennial Apartments Washington Street and 1009 Bronson Street, Watertown died Friday morning December 30, 2016 at the Lewis County Extended Care Facility in Lowville. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time with Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Inc.
