Joyce R. Sawyer, Black River, passed away Friday, January 13th at Samaritan Keep Nursing Home where she had resided since October. Born a daughter to Fred H. and Rosalee Johnson Davis September 3, 1934 in Martinsburg, she was 82 years old.
