Fowler – Rachel I. Royce, 49, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 1st at 2:00 pm at Riverside Cemetery, Gouverneur with Rev. James Warrington, pastor of Macomb Community Wesleyan Church, officiating. Arrangements with the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur.
