Reta E. Armstrong, 91, Watertown passed away on Saturday, June 24th at the Samaritan Keep Home.
Among her survivors are her 3 daughters, Bonnie Taylor Rainone, Deborah Taylor Swanson and Sandra L. Armstrong-Hill.
