pAKWESASNE- After a courageous four year battle with cancer, Donna Lee Benedict, 59, of 24 Frank Benedict Memorial Lane, Cornwall Island, lost her battle, Wednesday afternoon, March 9, 2016, at her home. Friends may call at the family home, beginning Thursday at 7:00 PM until Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held Saturday at the Mohawk Nation Longhouse at 11:00 AM.
