BOURQUIN-- CAPE VINCENT, NY – A funeral service for Charles C. Bourquin will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the Three Mile Bay Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Cape Vincent. Mr. Bourquin passed away on May 14, 2017 at the Samaritan Keep Home.
