pC. Paul Ingersoll, age 97, resident of Dewitt since 1962, formerly of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday at The Cottages at Garden Grove Nursing Home in Cicero. Paul was born, November 6, 1918 in Pulaski, the son of Clayton and Mae Price Ingersoll. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1936. Paul was employed by Cross’s Market in Pulaski for a few years before he joined the United States Army in 1941 and served until 1945. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1949, and was employed by Carrier Corporation for 34 years, retiring in 1983. Paul was a member of the Syracuse Rose Society, the Institute of Retired People a Community Initiative of Syracuse University, and a former member of the Syracuse Opera Club. /ppSurviving are several nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by one sister, Norma Holmes who passed away May 30, 2013. /ppFuneral Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Park United Methodist Church, 2 Hubble Street, Pulaski with burial in Pulaski Cemetery.
