Barry H. Brenon passed away peacefully at him home in Adams, NY on August 4, 2017. He was 62. There will be a memorial service at TLC Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday at Noon. There will be a calling hour from 11 - 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the funeral. A get together for family and friends will follow the memorial service at the Adams Fire Hall.
Barry was born November 7, 1954 to Grover and Charlotte Brenon. He graduated from Sackets Harbor Central School in 1974. He married Kathy Busler on April 2, 1977 at the Sulphur Springs Methodist Church. Barry worked for several local farmers, Covidien, the Salvation Army and most recently for the Town of Adams transfer site. He loved horses, dogs, cats, hunting, and fishing. Mr. Brenon also truly enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Barry is survived by his wife, Kathy and sons Shayne and Corey, his parents Grover and Charlotte Brenon of Sackets Harbor, his sisters Rhonda (Joe) Davis of Mexico, Valerie (Claude) Phelps of Felts Mills, Sharon (Nelson) Burdick of Ellisburg, Julia (Dennis) Dame of Sackets Harbor, Teresa Haynes of Sackets Harbor and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Barry is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Grover and Julie (Weaver) Brenon, maternal grandparents Donald and Doris (Hallett) Larkin, paternal uncles Francis and Howard Brenon, paternal aunts Katherine (Katie) Brenon, Dorothy Lunderman and Pauline (Maggie) Ressigue.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the SPCA in Watertown, NY.
