Kenneth C, Steinburg,74,of Port Richey, Fl passed away July 28,2017. A native of Norfolk, NY he came to the area in 1981. Kenneth served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict and received the Purple Heart He later retired as an Owner of a residential and commercial cleaning company. Memberships include the American Legion and the V.F.W.. He is survived by his wife Jean, 2 sons, Glendon and Duane, daughter, Nicole; step-son Leo;step-daughter Diane, 2 sisters Mary Lou Hurlbut Rankin and Ann Canfield and several grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Lucy and Glen Steinburg, sister, Petty Pirscuk,brothers Ronny and Lenny.
