pANTWERP- William J. Carman, 67, of Van Buren Street died Friday, April 15, 2015 at Emerald Coast Hospice, Fort Walton Beach, Florida./ppBorn April 17, 1948 in Watertown, NY, he was the son of the late John W. and the late Gladys Wadsworth Carman./ppHe graduated from Indian River High School in 1966./ppMr. Carman served in the United States Army from 1967 to 1970 overseas in Vietnam and was honorably discharged./ppFollowing his discharge he was an auto worker at Ford Motor Company in Louisville, KY for thirty years, moving to Antwerp in 2001./ppHe was a member of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) and enjoyed his Ford Mustangs, his Harley motorcycle, football, FOX News and target shooting./ppSurvivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Charles Smart, Antwerp; a niece and her husband, Christine and Paul Everett, Antwerp; two nephews, Andrew Smart and his wife, Dani, Felton,DE and Bill Smart, Watertown; a great nephew, Michael Everett; and two great nieces, Meghan and Macy Everett./ppThe will be no services./ppArrangements are with Frederick Bros.
