Phillip I. Ward, age 70. 16499 Ives Street Road Watertown, NY was found deceased in his home last month. Mr. Ward was born in Watertown, the son of Jack and Joyce Ward on September 4, 1948. He attended Adams Center School. He worked various construction jobs in the Watertown area. Mr. Ward is survived by a brother and two sons. There will be no funeral or calling hours.
