Shirley Ann Christian, 75, of DeBary, Florida passed away peacefully Saturday, December 29, 2018 with her husband, Jon Daniel Christian and her son Scott Lehman of Virginia Beach, Virginia at her side. She was a native of Natural Bridge, New York, born September 13, 1943 in West Carthage, New York to the late Dorwin and Edna (Bonney) Murdock. She is survived by her husband, son and his two boys, Ryland & Rowan, a brother, Gerald (Billie) of Natural Bridge, a sister Sally LaVancha (Gary) also of Natural Bridge, several nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James (Linda) of Lowville, New York and a sister Rose Daily (Michael) of Watertown, New York. Shirley attended Carthage Central High School and graduated in 1961. Shirley worked a variety of positions from waitress to retail clerk eventually working for Marine Midland Bank for several years. After retiring she enjoyed shopping, social golf, playing cards and board games, and going to garage and estate sales. She was very active in her community serving on the Homeowners Association Board of Directors for many years. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm, Friday, January 4, 2019 at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Fl 32763.
