pMr. Roscoe W. Hale, 86, of Pekin, IL passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Pekin Manor in Pekin, IL. Visitation and funeral service were held in Pekin, IL on April 25th. Private burial services with military honors will be held at the Hale Cemetery in May. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Illinois Chapter at 612 W. Glen Ave. Peoria, IL 61614.
