pEsther A. Cobb, 95, of Lacona, passed away Thursday at her home. She was born August 9, 1920 in Richland, daughter of Lyman and Lizzie Belle Obleman Richardson. Graduated from Pulaski High School in 1938. Married April 16, 1939 in Richland to Walter S. Cobb. Resident of Lacona for 77 years. She was employed by First National Bank of Lacona and Merchants Bank retiring as assistant manager after 30 years of service. Former member of Rebecca’s , member of Coterie Club, Sandy Creek Baptist Church for many years, before joining the Pulaski Baptist Church./ppSurvived by her husband, Walter, of 77 years, 2 daughters, Nancy (Randy) Reed of Adams Center, Cheryl (Allen) Stagl of Lacona, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 2 sisters./ppFuneral services 2pm Monday at Pulaski Baptist Church. Burial in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 2-4pm at Summerville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek.
