pRichard Good, 84 of Haines City, Fl., formally of Watertown passed away Monday January 25, 2016 after a brief illness. Richard was born January 13,1932 to the late John E. and Hazel Good. He married Emily R. Curtis on January 24, 1959. Emily passed away on October 31, 2007. Apon graduating from Watertown High School, Richard enlisted in the Army serving 3 years during the Korean War. He later returned to Watertown where he was employed by Marine Midland Bank, Massey’s Furniture Barn and retiring in 1992 from the New York Airbrake. Surviving is a daughter Patricia (Mark) Schneider, Gloversville, N.Y., two sons, John Good, Stockbridge, Ga., and Rick (Brenda) Good, Winter Haven, Fl., 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Richard was proceeded in death by his wife, Emily, a son, Herbert Curtis, a daughter, Martha Jackson and two brothers, Howard Good and Frank Good. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery at a later date. /p
