Elizabeth M. “Betty” Haley

Elizabeth M. “Betty” Haley, 97, of Watertown passed away Monday morning, June 4, 2018, at Hospice of Jefferson County.

Calling hours will be held at Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown on Wednesday, June 6, from 4 - 7PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church at 11AM on Thursday, June 7, with Rev. Steven Murray, pastor, presiding followed by burial in Glenwood Cemetery.

Betty was born in Watertown on November 2, 1920, daughter of Andrew and Florence Burns Joynt. She was a 1938 graduate of Watertown High School and was a National Honor Society member. On April 30, 1960 she married Paul R. Haley at St. Elizabeth Church, Elizabethtown with Rev. William H. Coffey officiating. Mr. Haley died March 8, 1997.

She joined Niagara Mohawk Power Corp and became executive secretary for the area general manager. Betty retired in 1981 after 40 years of service to the company. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church and a member of the Sisters of the Precious Blood Auxiliary. Betty was a member of the American Legion Post 61 Ladies Auxiliary, the Jefferson County Historical Society, and a former director of the Niagara Mohawk Power Corp Retirees. She was also a member of the Watertown Golf Club and was proud of getting a Hole in One on the 5th hole in 1956.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, K. Andrew (Stephanie) Mider, Carthage, Stephanie J. Halferty, Watertown, Katherine B. (Joseph) Young, Glendale, AZ, Thomas S. (Bennett) Brett, Charlottesville, VA, and Joseph E. (Cori) Brett, Scottsdale, AZ. She is also survived by dear friends Roxie Akins, Black River and Peg Crandall Davis, Rochester. Betty was predeceased by her son, Paul R. Haley, Jr., who died in infancy, two brothers, Stephen A. and Francis J. Joynt, and three sisters, M. Lucille Mider, Florence B. Joynt, and Margaret K. Brett. A niece, Claire J. Hayes, also predeceased Betty.

Bruce James Henderson, 64 passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 2, 2018. Bruce was born September 4, 1953 in Potsdam, NY. The son of the late John and Pauline Henderson.

He graduated from Potsdam Central School in 1972 where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He then graduated from Clinton College in 1974 with a degree in Business Management where he also lettered as a member of the soccer team.

Bruce married his treasured wife Diann Lynn Drake at Methodist Church, Nicholville, NY on September 9, 1978.

He worked 22 years in the construction industry for Higley Builders in Potsdam from 1974 to 1996. He then worked at Clarkson University in the Athletic Dept. from 1996 to 2002. In 2002 till his retirement in 2017, he served as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Potsdam.

He loved golf, wood working, and enjoyed fishing at his summer cottage on Lake Ozonia. He was an avid cross country skier twice completing the 50km Loppet Marathon Race at Lake Placid, NY.

Bruce is survived by his wife Diann, Hannawa Falls, NY, his son Kyle (Tonya), East Dickinson, NY and his daughter Katie (Matt Majocka), Imperial, PA and grandson Kody, sister Barbara (David) Bauman, Anderson, GA, brothers; Fred (Bonnie) West Potsdam, NY, Gary, Silver Springs, MD, Richard (Bonnie) Rapid City, SD, David (Patricia), Chaumont, NY, and several nieces and nephews. He ispreceded in death by his parents, step father Wayne Spearance, sisters Carol Sherwin, Brenda, and brother Daniel.

There will be no calling hours and burial will be private at a later date. Please join in celebrating the life of Bruce on Saturday, June 9th at the Potsdam Town & Country Club anytime between 2pm and 6pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his name to the PCS Booster Club.

Frances Portolese

Massena: Frances Portolese, 85 of Massena, passed away peacefully in the company of her family on June 2, 2018 when our Lord ended her suffering and called her home. Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Massena. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.

Frances was born in Massena, NY on April 24, 1933 to parents Tony and Rosina Creazzo, the only daughter among six brothers. Frances graduated from Massena High School. She married Roy Portolese on September 27, 1951. Frances and Roy raised three sons and two daughters in Massena. Frances had a great sense of fashion and opened up the “Frances Shoppe” in downtown Massena where she welcomed her family and friends to visit and was instrumental in helping many of her friend’s husbands with their Christmas shopping. Upon closing the Frances Shoppe, Frances settled into her happy life of being a grandmother to her four grandchildren who always stopped by “Noni’s” house on their way home from school.

Frances is survived by her husband of 66 years, Roy; her sons, Tom (Linda) of Massena and Sam of Palm Springs, California; daughters Elizabeth (Allen) Schriver of Stuart, Florida and Roselynn of California; grandchildren, Michael Schriver of Pittsburgh, PA and Jonathan Schriver also of Pittsburgh, PA, with whom she happily shared her April 24th birthday, Christina Schriver of Durham, NC and Katherine Schriver of Stuart, Florida; brothers, Tony Creazzo of Henderson, NV, and Joe Creazzo of Huntington Beach, California.

Frances was predeceased by her parents, Tony and Rosina Creazzo; a son, Roy Portolese Jr. and brothers, Rocky, Louis, Dominic and Gus Creazzo.

Frances will always be remembered by her family, relatives and friends as a caring and loving wife, mother, sister, friend and especially a caring and loving grandmother who was always there for her grandchildren from when they visited Noni’s house as children to when they needed to hear a familiar caring voice as adults.

Rita G. Castro Houppert, 92, of 250 Bellew Avenue, Watertown and a winter resident of Terra Ceia Manor in Palmetto, Florida, passed away on June 4, 2018 at her home.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 8 from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, 117 N. Massey St., Watertown,

There will be a prayer service Saturday, June 9 at 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church with Msgr. Robert H. Aucoin officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Born March 23, 1926, in Watertown, the third of eight children of Nelson Castro and Rose Coniglio Castro, Rita attended Watertown schools.

On August 18, 1946 at St. Anthony’s Church, Monsignor Claude F. Sechi officiated at her marriage to Gerald E. Houppert, a WW II Navy veteran who served with Combat Aircraft Service Unit 44 on the Island of Tinian in the Pacific.

Mrs. Houppert was a certified Electrologist and conducted a successful practice from her home office for many years until she retired.

It was important to her to be a stay-at-home mom to care for her three children and, together with her husband, encouraged all of her children to complete their college degrees. She enjoyed family summers at their Lake Ontario cottages, and all family gatherings-especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary. She also loved to cook, collect dolls, read the daily newspaper, play cards, do word puzzles, pick apples from her backyard apple tree, and watch old movies. TV also enabled her to participate in Mass and the rosary as she became less mobile.

Surviving Mrs. Houppert are her daughter and son in law, Karen Houppert Hazleton (Samuel), Diamond Point, NY; and two sons and a daughter in law, Gerald E. Houppert Jr., Dexter, NY, and Christopher Houppert (Lorraine), Missoula, MT.; two sisters, Gloria Castro Schweinsberg, and Ann Castro Aubin; six grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Houppert was predeceased by her loving husband, Gerald E. Houppert on March 4, 2008, three sisters, Caroline Castro DiMinico, Marie Castro Symonds, and Shirley Castro Olson; two brothers, Joseph Castro and Neil Castro; and one grandchild.

LOWVILLE – Harold J. Hoffman, 88, of Lowville, passed away on Tuesday evening, June 5, 2018 at Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility, surrounded by his loved ones.

A funeral service with Military Honors will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Iseneker Funeral Home Inc., with Rev. Jay Seymour and Rev. Mr. Tom Yousey, officiating. A celebration of Harold’s life will be held at the Lowville VFW immediately following the funeral services. Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Friends of Lewis County Hospice P.O. Box 266 Lowville, NY 13367.

He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Dianne; a daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and James Wessel of Rostraver Township, PA; his grandson, Jacob Wessel and his granddaughter, Peighton Wessel, the apples of his eye; 2 sisters-in-law, Dolores Hoffman of Lowville and Bethany Hoffman of Massena; 3 sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jeannette and Maurice Murphy of Lowville, Denyse and Dennis Dening of Lowville, Helene and Kevin Aubel of Baldwinsville; a brother-in-law, Donald Voyer of Victor; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by 5 siblings, Russell (Jane) Hoffman, Virgina (Rollian) Martin, Lowell Hoffman, Leonard Hoffman, and Mary Hoffman who died in infancy.

Harold was born August 5, 1929 in Lowville, a son of the late Valentine S. and Grace Hanno Hoffman. He graduted from Lowville Academy and Utica School of Commerce. He was drafted in the U.S. Army serving from 1951 to 1953 , during the Korean War. He atteneded Rochester Business Institute and Harpur College in Binghamton. He was a self-employed cheese maker at Hoffman and Dudo Inc., retiring in 1990.

Harold was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church, where in his younger years, he was very active, participating with all phases of the St. Peter’s Festival since the first festival, working the church bingo and was a greeter before Mass. He was a lifetime member of BPOE #1605, Lowville Elks Lodge where he was a past Exalted Ruler, a life member of the VFW Post #6912, and a life member of the Lowville American Legion #162.

Massena: Anna Mae Vice, 90, of Massena, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the St. Regis Nursing Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at St. Mary’s Church, Massena. Burial will take place in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Brasher.

Anna Mae was born on August 28, 1927 in Louisville, NY, the daughter of the late Henry and Grace (Currier) Vice. She attended Louisville and Massena Schools.

Anna Mae worked at Newberry’s in Massena as a sales clerk for 15 years and later at the St. Regis Nursing home in housekeeping, retiring in 1998 after 17 years.

Anna Mae is survived by a brother, Robert and wife Theresa Vice of St. Regis Nursing Home and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by four brothers, Carl, Leonard, Howard and Rollin Vice; two sisters, Helen Cline and Marion Cummings; a brother and sister in infancy, Elwood and Emma.

Harold E. Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler, 90, Black River, passed away Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 following a brief illness.

He is survived by his step-sons, Fred M. Kucik, Sackets Harbor and Richard G. Kucik, Schenectady; his step grandchildren, Mark Kucik, Watertown, Andrew and Michael Kucik, both of Georgia; 3 step great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews to include Jeffrey J. Timerman, Dexter. He was predeceased by a step-son, John “Jack” Kucik, two sisters Rachel Hyde and Evelyn Fields, and a brother Robert Wheeler.

Harold was born in Mannsville, April 29, 1928, a son to Harold and Addie Bush Wheeler. He enlisted in the US Navy in April of 1946 and served aboard the destroyer USS Joseph Kennedy. Following his honorable discharge in 1948, he returned to the North Country and worked as a parts manager in the heavy equipment field for over 30 years with V.S. Jerry & Sons of Massena and Watertown. He later worked for Beam Mack and Walsh Equipment both in Watertown. He has served as Zoning Officer for the Town of Rutland for several years and held that position at the time of his passing.

Mr. Wheeler was an assistant scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 26 as well as an Eagle Scout leader. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and golf.

Graveside service for Sharon E. Farrell, age 75 of County Route 6 Hammond will be held at 1:30pm on Friday (June 8, 2018) at the Pine Hill Cemetery with Rev. Walter Smith officiating. There will be a visitation held at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home from 11:00 – 1:00pm prior to the graveside service.

Mrs. Farrell passed away on Tuesday (June 5, 2018) at the River Hospital in Alexandria Bay.

Surviving is her daughter Amy Jennings (Leslie MacMartin) of Ogdensburg; her longtime companion Jack Ouderkirk of Hammond; and a brother Lynn (Bev) Thompson of Heuvelton. She was predeceased by seven brothers Richard, James, Gary, Bruce, Bryan, Terry & Greg Thompson and a sister Sheila O’Neil.

Sharon was born on November 9, 1942 in Clare NY, a daughter of the late Leland & Freda (Van Brocklin) Thompson. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy and married John Jennings which later ended. She married Larry Farrell in 1975, he predeceased her. She again found love with Jack Ouderkirk, and the couple has spent the last 26 + years together.

During her career she was employed at Ryan’s Press, Truax Insurance, Perretta’s Packing and later at a nursing home in Florida. She was a member of the Ogdensburg Moose, Black Lake women’s pool and horseshoe leagues and Ogdensburg Women’s Bowling League. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, socializing with friends and was an avid NY Yankee and Syracuse Basketball & Football fan.

Constance L. Bellinger

Constance L. Bellinger, 73, formerly of Watertown, passed away the morning of Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at her home in Mansfield, Texas under the care of her family.

Constance was born in Watertown, NY on November 3, 1944, the daughter of Elvie O. and Virginia M. Guinn. She graduated from Watertown High School and from Mohawk Valley Technical Institute in 1964 with a degree in Business/Retailing. She was also a graduate of ABA’s Compliance Undergraduate and Graduate School’s of Banking in 1985 and 1986, respectfully. She additionally attended the New York State Banker’s Management School at West Point.

On May 28, 1965, she married Steven J. Bellinger at the Immaculate Conception Church in Brownville with Rev. James J. Ruddy, officiating.

She joined Key Bank (National Bank of NNY) in August of 1966 and was made Supervisor of the Transit Department by October 1969. She continued in a Supervisory role and became an Administrative Officer is 1981 and Operations Officer in 1983. Following completion of the Bank’s Management Training Program, she became a Branch Loan Officer in 1989 and served as an Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager from 1990 to 1996. In May of 1996, she became a Private Banking Specialist and in June of 1999 was promoted to Vice President of Private Banking and Investments. She retired in 2003 following her 37-year career.

Her civic affiliations during her career included serving on the Board of the Jefferson-Lewis American Institute of Banking, Chairperson for the United Way of Jefferson County, President of Financial Women International, Treasurer of the Alter Guild & Trinity Church, Chair and Board of Review for the Children’s Miracle Network, member of the YMCA’s Membership Drive Committee, member of the Finance Committee for the Thousand Islands Girl Scouts of America, member of the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk Committee and a Graduate of the Jefferson Leadership Institute.

She loved spending time with family and especially attending her grandchildren’s various sporting events. Besides her husband of 52-years Steven J., she is survived by a sister, Candace Curry of Ottawa, Ontario, two sons, Mark S. of Watertown, Scott S. and his wife Renee, Weston, Florida, a daughter, Tracy G. Williams and her husband Jeffrey, Mansfield, Texas, 7 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William G. Guinn.

The memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 227 Sherman St., Watertown, N.Y., with the Rev. Barb Schmitz, officiant. A reception in the Macsherry Parish Hall will immediately follow the memorial service. Memorial contributions and donations may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church Memorial Fund.

Tina Lynn Steiner

Tina Lynn Steiner, age 46, passed away June 7, 2018, comfortably at home surrounded by family. Born March 22, 1972 in Carthage, NY, graduate of Beaver River, class of 1990. She was very active in sports including swimming and volleyball. Survived by her loving husband, Gregory Walter Steiner Jr., 6 children, Forrest (Kaitlyn) Steiner, Rebeka (John) Beese, Zackary Steiner, Brooke (Joshua) Main, Jenna Steiner and Laurel Steiner, and 5 grandchildren; Elaina, Wyatt, and Leo Steiner, and Emmalyne and Lyla Beese, and mother, Cathy Simpson and Dad, Loren Hoppel, and 2 brothers, Tim (Angel) Simpson and Bill (Deanna) Simpson.

Tina was a vegetable farmer for Miracles by the Acre CSA. She was an owner of the Burrville Cider Mill along with her husband, in laws, and children.

Tina and Greg met at ages 14 & 13. Love at first sight. Every one of their children was a surprise from God, she loved her family with all of her heart. Her grandchildren brought her incredible love.

At age 24 she became an owner of the Burrville Cider Mill. She loved the Mill like one of her own children. Her goal from day one was to treat every customer, every employee, as family. She truly loved and appreciated all she met.

Her other love was her farm, from growing vegetables to raising chickens, pigs, turkeys and goats. She strove to do everything as naturally as possible.

She made such an impact on everyone she encountered. God gave her a job to do and she has completed it, now her reward is heaven.

Services will be held at Mercy Point Church in Burrville, NY on Saturday, June 9th 2018. Calling hours will be 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. Memorial service to follow calling hours.

Laura Webster Mekkelson, 95, born November 23, 1922, i n Fowlerville, New York, the daughter of William and Florence Olin Webster, has gone to be with her loved ones who left this earth before her, including her husband, Norman “Mike” Mekkelson, their daughter Nancy, and their infant son, Michael. Laura died June 7, 2018. Laura grew up on the family farm on the East Road in Port Leyden with 8 siblings who have all passed away, along with their spouses; Harold, George (Hilda), Floyd, William (Evelyn), Alvin, Susie (Hugh) Gillette, Ethel (Lloyd) Richardson, Josephine (Joe) Rudmin. Laura married Mike on February 1, 1943 in Port Leyden, New York. Mike died in December of 1979. Surviving are their four children, Judith (Roger) Tuthill and Christine (Vincent Raneri) Chrzanowski, of Gloversville, New York; Robert (Anita) Mekkelson, of Draper, Utah, and Janet (James) DiManno, of Glens Falls. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, David (Helen) Berube, William (Jennifer) Berube, James (Brooke) Chrzanowski, Douglas (Jennifer) Chrzanowski, Robyn (Matthew) Guzielek, Jeremy Mekkelson, Heather (David) Roman, Madisen Mekkelson, Marshal Mekkelson, Laura Mekkelson, Jessalyn (Vi) DiManno, Jenelle (Alvin James Baker III) DiManno and J. Nickolas DiManno. Her great-grandchildren are Tyler, Zachary, Jensen and Xander Berube, Samantha Berube, Kathryn and Carter Chrzanowski, Braylin Jones, Austin and Colton Chrzanowski, Leighton and Adalyn Guzielek, Emma Mekkelson, Zea Roman, as well as her great-great grandchildren Sebastian and Luna Berube. Laura attended the Utica School of Commerce and was employed by the Ration Board during WWII. It was at that time that she married the love of her life, Mike Mekkelson. She was later employed by Port Leyden Central School as secretary to the principal. It was in this position where she was discovered by the students, who came to know her, to be a sweet, compassionate and understanding person who became a part of their school days . She became secretary to the principal at South Lewis Central School when Port Leyden merged into the South Lewis School District, and from this job is when she retired. Even though retired, Laura continued keeping busy in community groups, such as the Eastern Stars, the Port Leyden Community Library, Daughters of the American Revolution, the Historical Society, Monday Club, Senior Citizens, to name a few. She was instrumental in implementing computer programs during her positions as Treasurer and/or Secretary in many of the organizations.

She purchased her computer at the age of 70 and became proficient in spread sheet programs, word documents, genealogy research and e-mail. Her children looked forward to starting their days with an e-mail message from their mother every morning, for Laura would send a message to them every night before bed. We, her children, miss those e-mails beyond measure.

Funeral services will be held at the Mills Funeral Home in Boonville, New York on Monday, June 11, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. Calling hours will be from 12 – 2 p.m. prior the service. Massena: Robert T. Fay, of Massena, NY, passed away May 24, 2018 in Colchester, VT at the age of 84. Bob was born in Massena, NY on October 22, 1933 to parents Thomas J. and Ruth (Barber) Fay. He graduated from Massena High School in 1952. Bob worked for the Massena Post Office for 38 years in the capacities of carrier, clerk, and supervisor, finishing his career as a U.S. postmaster.

Bob will be remembered for his dry wit, dedication to his family, and living a life of service. At Sacred Heart Church he served as a trustee, a member of the committee that started the endowment fund, and an usher for 49 years, known by many as “The Singing Usher”. Bob served as secretary and treasurer for Massena Federal Credit Union, was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1141, and was a member of the Massena Rotary Club as an honorary trustee and a Paul Harris Fellow.

He served for many years on the Massena Central School Board. He was often seen flipping pancakes at the annual Rotary Club Pancake Day and singing at funerals at Sacred Heart. Bob loved finding treasures at auctions, working outside in his garden, and reading. He also enjoyed cheering on the New York Giants and Yankees.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Joy (Lindley), with whom he would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June. He will be dearly missed by his four children: Robin (Todd) Benware, Baldwinsville, NY; Deborah (Tom) Dempsey, Raleigh, NC; Sharon (Jeff) Kostis, Shapleigh, ME; and Thomas (Tara) Fay, Holland Patent, NY. Bob loved his 7 grandchildren: Katherine and Abigail Benware, Allison and Nathan Dempsey, Madelyn and Kevin Kostis, and Alyssa Fay.

Calling hours will be held Sunday June 10, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Phillips Memorial Home, Massena. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday June 11, 2018 at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Betty B. Dier, of Ogdensburg, formerly of Watertown, passed away June 7, 2018, at River Ledge Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Ogdensburg, where she had been a resident for the past four years.

Betty was born on March 26, 1934, in High Point, NC, daughter of Jacob and Garnette Pickard Bodenhamer. On December 22, 1962, she married Richard R. Dier in High Point, NC. Prior to her marriage and moving to New York, Betty was employed as a telephone operator. Before her retirement, she was a floral designer for Gray’s Flower Shop in Watertown. She was a member of the Watertown Golf Club, where she enjoyed golfing and had three ‘hole in one’. She was a past chairman for the March of Dimes and a member and volunteer for the Jefferson County Historical Society.

Surviving besides her husband Richard, of Ogdensburg, are her children, Don (Toni) Dier, Utica, Tom (Bea) Dier, Watertown, Scott Dier, Little River, SC, Sue (Greg) Guimond, Ogdensburg, sister-in-law Diane Frawley, Wilmington, NC, a special niece Judy Ray, High Point, NC, grandchildren, Michael (Gina) Dier, New Hartford, Vincent (Chelsea) Dier, New Hartford, Zachary (Nicolle) Dier, Ashville, NC, Chase (April) Dier, Ashville, NC, Andrew Guimond, US Navy, Port Hueneme, CA, Danelle Guimond, Odgensburg, and great grandchildren, Allesandra, Braden, Paxton, and Brianna Dier, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Betty is predeceased by her siblings, Bertha Teague, Francis Horlick, Marguerite Sink, Jacob Bodenhamer and Jewel Kennedy.

Calling hours will be Monday, June 11, 2018 from 4-7 pm at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. A prayer service will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 9:15 am at the funeral home with a 10 am funeral mass at Holy Family Church with Reverend Steven Murray officiating and Rev. Joseph Morgan concelebrating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Gouvernuer, NY. Contributions may be made to River Ledge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center or the Gouverneur Breast Cancer Fund.
