pYork, Maine- Cynthia M. Thompson, 68, of 44 Plaisted Rd., and formerly of Andover, MA passed away at home on Friday, Nov. 11, 2016. She was born Nov. 15, 1947 in Cortland, NY a daughter of the late Gordon F. and Rose (Digate) Mosher. She was a graduate of Potsdam State University. She leaves her husband of 31 yrs, Gordon H. Thompson, 2 sons, Louis Chip Stella of Andover, MA and Jonathan A. Stella of Carmel, CA; 2 daughters, Carolyn R. Stella and her husband Jeremiah Holt of Berwick, ME and Hallie H. Thompson and her husband Thomas Zack Taylor of York, ME; 7 grandchildren, Madalyn, Griffin, Samuel, Charlotte, Cameren, Brady and Mia; a brother Scott Fiorentino and a sister Suzanne Mosher predeceased her. Cynthia was an avid tennis player, knitter and water colorist. She was a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church and loved shopping and spending time with her children and grandchildren. /ppFuneral services will be held at a later date.
