Gordon E. Seeley, 71, formerly of Watertown, passed away Tuesday February 14th at the Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Syracuse, where he had been a patient for 3 years. He had previously lived at the Samaritan Summit Village and Whispering Pines Home on Coffeen St., both in Watertown.
Spring graveside services will be held in North Watertown Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Joanne Seeley, Watertown; three nieces, Amber (Peter) Harmych, Dawn (Todd) DeLair and Kim (Joe) Barrett, all of Watertown; many great nieces
He was born in Watertown, August 6, 1945, a son to Edward O. and Catherine Haskins Seeley. He graduated from Watertown High School. Gordon was a courier for Key Bank for many years. After retiring from the bank, he worked in maintenance at Brookside Cemetery.
Gordon enjoyed watching sports on television.
