WATERTOWN, NY – Justina K. Bellinger, age 62, of Watertown, NY passed away peacefully on June 17, 2017 surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cleveland Funeral Home, Watertown.
Justina was born on September 15, 1954 in Watertown, NY, the daughter of the late George and Dorothy Ball Amo. Mrs. Bellinger was a 1973 graduate of Watertown High School and went on to attend airline school in Pittsburgh, PA. She was most recently employed by the Samaritan Keep Home as a housekeeper and certified nursing assistant. On September 8, 1978, Justina married Robert Bellinger at the First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Bellinger passed away in 2012.
Mrs. Bellinger is survived by her three children, Melissa (Nicholas) Anderson, Chaumont; Justin Bellinger, Watertown; and Patrick Bellinger, Watertown. Also surviving are four siblings, Deborah (Brian) Cleveland, Clayton; Mark (Sandra) Amo, Watertown; Michael Amo, Watertown; and Tony (Laura) Morse, Sackets Harbor. She will be deeply missed by her two grandchildren, Rhiannon Bellinger and Matthew Simmons. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bellinger was predeceased by her sister, Christine Sinclair, in March 2017.
A memorial service will be held on Monday June 26, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Cleveland Funeral Home, 404 Sherman St., Watertown. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
