Arrangements are under the direction of Cleveland Funeral Home of Watertown, NY./ppThe family will be holding a memorial service Saturday, March 19 from 12 to 5 PM at Lindsay’s mother’s residence. /ppLindsay was born on September 14, 1983 in Carthage, NY to Terry and Deborah Russell. Along with her Associates and Bachelor’s degrees, Lindsay was a Sergeant in the United States Army where she worked as a paralegal. /ppLindsay is survived by her parents Terry and Deborah Russell of Carthage, NY. A brother Jeffery McCreery and his companion, Danielle Yuhas, of Carthage, NY, two sisters and brother-in-law; Angela and Philip Mono of Carthage, NY, and Taryn Russell and her companion, Chase Fuller, of Carthage, NY.
