Randy Alton Hughes, age 60, passed away on Thursday February 21, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital surrounded by his family.
Randy was born on March 21, 1958 in Ogdensburg, N.Y. To Robert Hughes and Audrey Foote. Randy is survived by his father Robert Hughes. Brother, Terry Hughes and three children Josh hughes, Charlaina hughes and Cassandra Hughes, also survived by niece and nephew Trisha Hughes and Cole Hughes. Randy was a proud Son, father, brother, Veteran and friend. We love you and we will miss you.
