Harley R. Farney

LOWVILLE - Harley Rose Farney, newborn daughter of Skyler and Emily Farney of Ramos Road, Lowville, passed away shortly after birth on Sunday night, March 12, 2017 at Lewis County General Hospital.

A funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, officiating. A calling hour will be from 6 – 7 p.m. prior to the funeral service, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lewis County General Hospital Foundation for Caitlyn R. Paté Fund, 7785 N. State Street, Lowville, NY 13367.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, David and Sally Young of Martinsburg, paternal grandparents, Terry Farney and Tracy Sitko-Farney of Lowville, paternal grandparents, Brian and Kari Francisco of Amsterdam; maternal great-grandmother, Leona Ortlieb of Martinsburg; paternal great grandparents, Duane and Karen Farney of Lowville, paternal great grandmother, Kathy Sitko of Glenfield, paternal great-grandfather, Mark Laubscher of DeKalb, paternal great-great grandparents, Sharlene and Ed Laubscher of Beaver Falls; paternal great-great grandmother, Jane “Polly” Farney of Lowville. Harley is also survived by aunts and uncles, David Young II, Sarah Young, Christopher and Cassie Moser, Tazdyn Francisco, Maggie and Mason Farney, great aunts and uncles and many cousins. She is predeceased by her maternal great grandparents, Emmett and Frances Young; maternal great grandfather, Thomas A. Ortlieb Sr.; paternal great grandfather, Walter J. Sitko, Jr., and paternal great-great grandfather, Niles Farney Sr.
