HEUVELTON- Mitchell D. Heimbach, 18, of State Highway 58, died Thursday, April 18, 2017.

Born on May 7, 1998 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son and step-son of Brenda Gauger Delosh & John Delosh and a son of Dale Heimbach. He was a senior at Morristown Central School and was looking forward to working for Macomb Highway Department.

Mitchell was passionate about ice fishing and fishing. He enjoyed animals, working on cars, video games and helping the neighbors.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Brenda and John Delosh, Heuvelton, NY; his father, Dale Heimbach, Newcastle, DE; his dog (4-legged daughter) Milky Way; four brothers, Douglas Gauger, Massena, NY, Taylor Heimbach, Eagleville, PA, Nickelas Heimbach, Pottstown, PA, Kurtas Heimbach, Dexter, NY; two step-sisters, Tanya Delosh and Jennifer Delosh, both of Oxford, PA; maternal grandfather, Daniel Gauger, Linfield, PA; his godfather and godmother, Neal and Sharon Bieber, Linfield, PA; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His paternal grandparents, Russell and Dorothy Heimbach, his maternal grandmother, Kathyrn Gauger and a cousin Michael Bieber all died before him.

At 1 pm Sunday, April 23, 2017, family and friends will gather at the Black Lake Boat Launch on County Route 6 in honor of Mitchell and then a reception will be at the Morristown Fire Department, 200 Morris Street, Morristown, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to purchase fishing poles for underpriviledged children in the area.
