pNORWOOD— Funeral services for 87 year old Jean B. Fiacco, a resident of 7 Lafayette Street, Norwood, will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Rev. Msgr. John Murphy presiding. Burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Norwood. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of the funeral. Mrs. Fiacco passed away Sunday afternoon at her home./ppJean is survived by her sons Louis Fiacco and Carol Tuttle, Norfolk; Richard and Bonnie Fiacco, Brockport; Mike and Marela Fiacco, Norwood and Greg Fiacco and Sue Salego, Norwood. Jean is also survived by her son-in-law, Ronald and Lorraine Bosjolie, Norwood; her 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and her sister, Hilda Thomas, Potsdam. Jean was pre-deceased by her husband, a daughter, Christine Bosjolie, a son, Daniel Fiacco, a brother, Evan Harper and two sisters, Lilia Heagle and Sylvia Williams./ppBorn in Parishville, NY on November 12, 1928 to the late Chester P. and Rachel Brown Harper, Jean graduated from high school and married Louis J. Fiacco on August 23, 1951. Louis passed away on December 7, 1990. Jean started working for the A & P Store in Potsdam and later worked as a secretary at the Community Bank in Norwood and also at the St. Lawrence County Treasurer’s Office in Canton. Jean was a past member of the Red Hatters and also was a Volunteer at Hospice. She enjoyed playing bingo and also enjoyed being a hostess on bus trips. She loved her cats, especially “Tuffy”.
